Upon your placing and our accepting your order, you authorize us to create a draft and/or charge against your credit card and/or checking account made payable to us for our fees. There are no refunds. Our fees DO NOT include any government fees, and or court fees which are extra unless indicated. We will type requested forms using the information which was provided to us. We will then mail, email, hand deliver and/or fax (our choice) the typed form(s) to your address and or your requested destination for review, proofreading and signing in the presence of a notary public. Our obligation ends once we put the form(s) in the mail or is/are delivered to you or requested recipient regardless of whether or not you receive it. We usually ship your form(s) to you or your requested destination from our office within one to three business days. If you do not receive it within fourteen days of your order, you agree to notify us so that we may resend the form to you. You agree to complete any blank spaces on the form(s), make corrections, attach any evidences and/or ownership, and meet any other obligations required by the State of Florida. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that the information found on the form(s) is correct. We are not responsible for actions or inactions of the State of Florida and its agencies. Once the papers are sent to the court, all fees are non-refundable. All third party fees are non-refundable. In the event that you call us to demand a refund that is not due to you and threaten us that you will notify your credit card company that you wish to chargeback the credit payment you made, we shall have the right, at our option, to refund the monies to you so as to avoid a chargeback against our merchant account. In this event you will continue to owe us the fee that you previously authorized plus a $150 research fee plus attorney's fees plus court costs plus process serving fees plus pre-judgment interest at the rate of 1.5% per month plus the fees that we incur with our credit card processing company related to your authorization and chargeback, if applicable. In the event that you direct your credit card company to issue a chargeback when you are not entitled to a refund from us you will continue to owe us the fee that you previously authorized plus a $150 research fee plus attorney's fees plus court costs plus process serving fees plus pre-judgment interest at the rate of 1.5% per month plus the fees that we incur with our credit card processing company related to your authorization and chargeback, if applicable. If the forms are not accepted for any reason, a full refund is provided (minus the court fees) with verification of any denial of acceptance. Any mistakes/misprints on the forms will be corrected upon your request within 10 days of your initial order at no additional charge if they where caused by our fault/error and or misprint.
