• Count I Eviction - $200 (plus court fees)
  "The Standard." This is the entire eviction package. We prepare your eviction papers, file them with the courthouse, serve them to the tenant and obtain a Final Judgment for Eviction as quickly as possible. This is the fastest and easiest way to get your bad tenant out.


• Document Preparation - $50
  Many "do it yourself" sites will sell you blank eviction forms for around $30.00. We give you the entire eviction package, filled out, with the proper amount of copies, ready for you to sign and bring to the courthouse.
• Duval County 3 Day Notice - $80  (or free)
  You can mail or post a 3 Day Notice on your own if you are local. We provide the form at no charge here: 3 Day Notice. If you like, we will prepare the form and serve your tenant for you. A discounted price of $30 is available if you include a 3 Day Notice with our eviction service.
• 3 Day and Count I Eviction - $235 (plus court fees)
  We offer a discounted 3 Day Notice service when you bundle it with the standard Count I Eviction.
• Counts I & II Eviction - $350 (plus court fees)
  This is for landlords who wish to evict their tenant and also sue for lost money and possible property damage. We can provide you with a legal judgment against your tenant, however the actual collection process is up to you.
• 3 Day and Counts I & II Eviction - $385 (plus court fees)
  Discounted 3 Day Notice service bundled with Eviction.
